Michael Yang DOM, L.Ac., has been practicing Integrative and Chinese Medicine since 2000. The son of well known psychologist and Chinese Medicine doctor, Dr. Larissa Yang, Michael spent much of his childhood at her practice watching and learning. During his training, his academic knowledge and the “family secrets” were added upon through extensive travel and study throughout Europe and Central and South America witnessing what traditional medicine looked like around the globe.
Michael draws on his experiences of traditional medicines around the world and in integrative nutrition to aid his clients in achieving optimum health both inside and out. Not only an accomplished speaker, Michael will be publishing his first book, “The Lean Gene,” in 2015.

Ahmed Korayem, DC
Dr. Ahmed Korayem is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) who focuses on NeuroSpinal Correction. This entails the accurate and objective diagnosis of Spinal Shifts and adjusting them accordingly. This unique approach comes out of extensive training with a long list of chiropractic experts at multiple institutes around the country. Besides the unique approach to adjusting the spine Dr. Ahmed is also extremity certified by the Gonstead Seminar International. He is also currently completing Certification in Chiropractic Wellness and Lifestyle Practitioner (CCWP) by the International Chiropractic Association Council on Wellness Science. Sara Howard is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#94782) who primarily works from a Psychodynamic orientation. She will work collaboratively with you - reviewing emotions, thoughts, early life experiences and beliefs - gaining insight into your life and your present-day problems and evaluating the patterns you have developed over time. Recognizing, along with you, your recurring patterns will help you see the ways in which you avoid distress or develop defense mechanisms as a method of coping so that you can take steps to change those patterns.
Sara holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College (Massachusetts), and did her training at Valley Community Counseling Clinic under the direction and supervision of psychoanalysts Dr. Elaine Hary, Dr. Bonny Sham, and Dr. Kathleen Campbell and is currently doing psychoanalytic training at the Psychoanalytic Center of California. She has been seeing patients for 6 years and works with individual children, adolescents and adults, couples and families.
