How We Can Help

  • A more precise approach for complex musculoskeletal and nerve-related pain.

Using real-time ultrasound imaging, Dr. Yang can visualize deeper muscles, tendons, fascia, and surrounding anatomy during treatment. This may be especially useful for patients with persistent pain, pelvic symptoms, hip pain, shoulder pain, or symptoms that have not responded to standard dry needling or manual therapy.

  • Care for chronic pain that has not improved elsewhere.

We work with patients who have tried physical therapy, medication, injections, massage, chiropractic care, or standard acupuncture but still have unresolved pain. Treatment focuses on understanding why the pain persists and addressing the musculoskeletal, neurological, inflammatory, and stress-related contributors.

  • Care for chronic pelvic pain, prostatitis-like symptoms, urinary discomfort, erectile dysfunction, reproductive concerns, and pelvic floor tension using acupuncture, dry needling, and ultrasound-guided treatment when appropriate.

  • A body-based approach for symptoms shaped by stress, tension, sleep, digestion, and nervous system dysregulation.

Some patients experience symptoms that are real and disruptive but difficult to explain through standard testing alone. These may include digestive discomfort, insomnia, muscle tension, pain flares, fatigue, anxiety-related physical symptoms, or overlapping functional complaints.

  • For headaches, TMJ, neck pain, pelvic pain, and complex musculoskeletal symptoms, we look for the muscles, joints, fascia, nerves, and tension patterns that may be driving the problem. Treatment may include acupuncture, dry needling, ultrasound-guided dry needling, manual assessment, and nervous system regulation strategies.

  • Selected care for menstrual, pelvic, fertility, and stress-related women’s health concerns.

We may support patients dealing with cycle irregularity, pelvic discomfort, fertility optimization, stress-related hormonal disruption, or pain patterns that overlap with the pelvis, abdomen, low back, and nervous system.
